Catalyzing new mindsets, competencies, and tools congregational leaders will need to faithfully adapt their ministries to contexts of increasing complexity, volatility, and vulnerability.
Overview
The Community Craft Collaborative will bring together clusters of congregations representative of the distinctive racial, ethnic, socio-economic, and denominational makeup of the Protestant Church across North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The goal is to meet the grand congregational leadership challenge in these contexts head-on by creating opportunities and resources for equipping lay and congregational leaders. By bringing traditionally disconnected assets together, the collaborative will harness and deploy our collective capacity to be witnesses to and catalysts for building thriving out of precarity across our region.
